At Direct Allied Health Centres, we provide high quality and accessible general and clinical psychological services and support to individuals across the lifespan. We work with people who are beginning their parenting journey; with children and adolescents; families; adults; and older adults.

Our areas of expertise include: anxiety disorders; depression; stress management; self-esteem and identity; addictions; disorders of childhood and adolescence; neurodiversity; social skills; parenting; couples therapy; grief and loss; life adjustment difficulties; anger management; chronic disease and health management; sleep difficulties; and workplace issues. We also have a special interest in working with people and their support networks who have experienced cognitive and/or neurological conditions, such as intellectual disability, dementia, and brain injury.
