Our Team
Principle Psychologist
DR TAMARA DE REGT
I'm the principal psychologist at Direct Allied Health Centres. I'm a registered clinical psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist with a keen specialisation in disorders that impact brain functioning. This includes neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD, ASD, ODD etc), brain injury, stroke, dementia, learning difficulties, and substance use, alongside comorbid mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment to neurological injury.
Clinical Psychologist
DR CELINE JONA
I'm a clinical psychologist at Direct Allied Health Centres. My clinical experience has focussed on adolescent and adult clients I have a keen interest in supporting the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals experiencing neurological, developmental, and/or mental health symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients using an individualised, holistic, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach. I am also a Board approved supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Health Psychologist
DR JAYSON TATNELL
I am a Health Psychologist with over 15 years' experience in community mental health, cancer care, persistent pain management and weight management. I have a particular interest in helping individuals enhance their physical and mental health through strengths-based, solution-oriented approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
